Tickets for a fund-raising Ceilidh have gone on sale in the first major event to raise money for ReIGNITE 2021, the campaign to renovate St John's Waterloo.

The Ceilidh, which will be St John's traditional Twelth Night celebration, takes place on January 4th 2019 at 6pm. There will be a live Ceilidh band, a caller, and an atmosphere of "celebration and ribaldry," promises Giles Goddard, vicar of St John's.

"January can be a bit of a damp, dark month. So we invite everyone to bring friends and family to our first-ever St John's Ceilidh. You don't have to know any of the dances, you just need to be willing to give it a go and have fun. Bring friends and family!"

TICKETS (£15 per adult, £25 for two adults, children over 8 £5) are available at Ticket source or from the Parish Office, open Mondays to Fridays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
